I was in my sixties and had smoked for more years than I cared to remember. For years I had tried to give up smoking:
I tried every tablet, gum, patch and fake cigarette on the market, all to no avail.
In desperation, and as a last resort, I visited Mary. I had no confidence at all that hypnotherapy would help me.
I had always been very resistant to this idea and very adamant that it would never work for me
because I would actively oppose it.
However, I spent a very peaceful hour with Mary – that was almost four years ago - and I’ve not had a
cigarette since. Nobody is more amazed than me and I will always be grateful to Mary.
